Cold Outreach Email That Doesn't Sound Like Spam

A structure for short, specific cold emails that reads like a real person wrote it, not a template.

Marketing #cold-email #outreach #sales-copy
Write a cold outreach email using this structure: (1) one specific, genuine observation about the recipient's company or recent work — not generic flattery, (2) one sentence connecting that observation to a real problem they likely have, (3) one sentence on how [my product/service] addresses that specific problem, (4) a low-friction ask (a quick reply or a 15-minute call, never "let me know if you're interested"). Keep it under 120 words total, plain text, no bullet points, no bold text, and no more than one exclamation point in the whole email. Write it like a busy person emailing a peer, not a marketer.
